What this site is obligated to provide
Anyone who opens trsinfinity.ink, or downloads a published TRS script from it, is entitled to the following from the operator. These are the duties of the site — not marketing copy.
- Identity of the operator. Name, jurisdiction, registry number and a working contact address, as listed above. We will not hide who is responsible for the site.
- An accurate description of the product. TRS Infinity publishes terminal scripts that run on your machine. The first public release is an uptime monitor. The site must not present this as a hosted dashboard, a subscription SaaS, or a cloud service that stores your site list.
- Documentation for every public tool. Commands, install steps, and the limits of each module (including the authorised-use warning on security audit) stay on this domain, currently at Documentation.
- Use without an account. You do not need to register, pay, or log in to read the site or to run the published scripts locally. Optional Telegram pairing is opt-in and is not required for monitoring.
- Local data by default. Site lists, reports, vault keys and similar files stay on the machine where you run the software. The operator is not entitled to demand those files as a condition of use.
- A contact channel that is actually answered. Email and Telegram, listed on this page. Questions about the software, this site, or the operator’s identity can be sent there.
- Notice of material changes. If the operator, the registry particulars, or what the software does changes in a way that would affect this page, the page will be updated.
Your rights
In return, you may:
- Read this site and download published tools without creating an account.
- Run the software on systems you own or are authorised to operate.
- Keep, inspect and delete all local config and reports yourself.
- Ask who operates the site and receive the particulars on this page.
- Stop using TRS at any time. There is no lock-in and no remote account to close.
Your obligations
Use of the site and the scripts is on these terms. They exist so the operator’s duties above are not read as a licence to misuse the tooling.
- Run security audit and similar probes only against systems you own or for which you hold written permission. Unauthorised scanning is illegal in most jurisdictions.
- Do not present TRS Infinity as a hosted monitoring platform, or as having access to your clients’ sites, unless that is actually how you deployed it.
- Keep vault passwords, pairing codes and local config under your control. The operator cannot recover them for you.
